Welcome to my bare minimum blog site - at least for now.

My name is Jakub, resident of a small country in the middle of Europe. In the world of the internet you can meet me under the nickname `jacfal`. Software and platform engineer by profession, with interests in machine learning, functional programming, and declarative infrastructure.

But a man does not live by profession alone; I also have some hobbies. I enjoy travelling - on foot, by bicycle (hello, my gravel bike!) or even by motorbike. In the near future I'd like to start documenting my travels with a better tech than my mobile phone is. I'm also passionate gamer (team PlayStation), interested in game development and game industry as well as runner, cyclist, reader, and lastly an amateur actor - feel free to follow us on socials or come to our performance during your visit to Prague!
